Becka Ross, LCSW

Becka Ross is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health, with experience in both direct practice as a psychotherapist and mental health leadership. She also managed a residential program for young men transitioning to adulthood and provided teletherapy in a medical setting. As Chief Clinical Officer, Becka oversees the clinical team to ensure quality crisis intervention service through text. In her 6+ years with Crisis Text Line she has been part of expanding the organization’s service with 15x growth, including expansion to three other countries and using machine learning and technology to improve the speed and quality of crisis intervention through text. She is a passionate advocate for access to quality mental health and suicide prevention.

Becka is an Illinois District Chair on the National Association of Social Worker Board of Directors.
