Claire Zick

Claire Zick is a seasoned digital product leader with a track record of driving teams to success across multiple industries.  With over 20 years of experience, she has led product launches, built high-performing teams, and guided organizations in developing and executing strategic product roadmaps. 

Prior to joining Crisis Text Line, Claire served as Vice President of Product Management at Hologram Sciences where she spearheaded product strategy for a portfolio of digital products focused on wellness and personal nutrition.  Her career spans leadership roles in nonprofits, early-stage startups, and Fortune 500 companies including CVS and Aetna. A results-driven product leader, Claire has successfully brought multiple products from concept to launch and has managed P+Ls to meet profitability targets. She is  recognized for her customer-centric approach, authenticity, and decisive action. 

Beyond product leadership, Claire’s background as a professional improviser has sharpened her  public speaking and facilitation skills. For over two decades, she has taught, performed, directed and produced improv  including leading corporate trainings to help teams improve their skills in active listening, collaboration, adaptability and creative problem-solving. 

She has a degree from Northwestern University and lives in Connecticut with her family.
