Join Crisis Text Line’s Global Movement to Transform Mental Health Access.
Save Lives With Us Today.

More than 1 billion people are living with mental health disorders worldwide.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death for young people in the United States.

70% of people globally who need mental health care don’t actually receive it.
We believe that transforming the mental health landscape requires more than partnership; it demands the activation of people, platforms, and purpose towards the mission of advancing mental health access, equity, and innovation. Alongside our best-in-class corporate partners, Crisis Text Line is committed to growing a global network dedicated to creating an empathetic world where no one feels alone.
Together, we’re building a global movement that transcends traditional giving—where companies activate their people, platforms, and purpose to drive measurable impact on community well-being.

In addition, American Eagle sponsored Crisis Text Line's Youth Mental Health Advocacy Day in Washington, D.C. in both 2025 and 2026, where youth leaders and staff met with lawmakers to champion the Improving Mental Health Access for Students Act.
