Nuria Santamaria Wolfe

Nuria Santamaria Wolfe is an executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of tech and social impact. She is passionate about the power of technology to drive positive impact across society’s most pressing problems.

In her role as Senior Vice President, Volunteer Experience at Crisis Text Line, she oversees the volunteer learning & development, coaching, and community teams that support our community of over 65,000 trained volunteers. Nuria also oversees the national Spanish Language service which provides mental health support to Spanish speakers.

Prior to joining Crisis Text Line, she has held leadership positions at various tech companies including Meta, Twitter and Accenture, as well as at adtech and media tech start-ups. 

In addition to her corporate and non-profit work, Nuria co-founded Encantos, a Public Benefit Corporation and an award-winning kids media company named by Fast Company as one of the Most Innovative companies in 2021.

Nuria has been featured in publications including Business Insider, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal.

Recognized for her achievements, Nuria has been named an AdAge “Woman to Watch”, one of Digital Diversity Network’s “40 Under 40 Silicon Valley”, and a Walker’s Legacy “Power50 Woman”.

Nuria graduated from Stanford University with degrees in Economics and Spanish. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
