Ross Miller

Ross Miller, VP of Finance at Crisis Text Line, brings over 20 years of experience leading accounting and finance teams in international organizations in both the private and nonprofit sectors. In this role,  he  is responsible for overseeing all elements of accounting, including budgeting and forecasting, external audit and reporting, tax compliance and grant finance management.

Prior to joining Crisis Text Line, Ross was Controller & Head of Logistics at Starlight Children’s Foundation where  was responsible for manufacturing and distribution of Starlight’s programs across their national network of pediatric hospital partners as well as leading the day-to-day finance operations of the organization. Prior to that, he was the Global Financial Controller for the Movember Foundation where he led a finance team responsible for consolidated group financial reporting as well as local regulatory compliance in over 20 countries.

Ross holds an accountancy certification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), as well as the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He earned a bachelor’s degree in Money, Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham (UK), and an Executive MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
