Shinise Muse is the Vice President of Clinical Supervision at Crisis Text Line where she guides strategy and drives the execution of clinical initiatives and projects to bring greater effectiveness, efficiency and consistency across the clinical team and organization. Her greatest passion is empowering mindsets that guide people to healing, personal and professional success and quality relationships.
She discovered her passion after reading the bible and numerous personal development books which she considers a gift that changed the direction of her life forever. It has become her mission to meet people where they are and collaboratively lead them to their ultimate self in the midst of pain and trauma. She continues to find great pleasure in leadership, personal development, self-discipline, cognitive psychology and human behavior studies.
She received a bachelor’s degree in communications/media studies from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and a licensed minister. She brings more than 12 years of leadership experience and has led small and large teams through restructures, cultural development, innovative solutions, efficient business operations and next level customer experience.
