Shinise Muse holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Supervision at Crisis Text Line, where she is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and initiatives that ensure the delivery of high-quality and safe services. Shinise has successfully led small and large teams in developing innovative solutions, streamlining business operations, and enhancing the delivery of mental health services. Her primary objective is to ensure greater consistency, efficacy, and efficiency across the clinical team and the organization’s service delivery. Shinise holds a Psychology degree, is a mental health professional, a licensed minister, and a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach. With over 15 years of leadership experience, she has successfully led small and large teams in developing innovative solutions, streamlining business operations, and enhancing the delivery of mental health services.
Shinise has a strong passion for personal development, leadership, cognitive psychology, self-discipline, and the study of human behavior in social contexts. Her mission is to support people in overcoming social inequities, pain, and trauma, guiding them toward self-improvement and social empowerment.
